‘We are Farmers’ Campaign 2.0
Farmers University, a real place where Farmer’s agents go to hone their insurance game, yes I’m serious, was the premiss behind the original J.K. Simmons campaign. But after 3 years it had run its course. So Farmers needed, and wanted a refresh. Of course they still wanted to keep the character they created (Professor Burke) and still stand for being smarter than other insurance companies. Cut to six months later, two re-briefs and voila, “Farmers knows a thing or two because they've seen a thing or two.” A memorable line, and a simple premiss that took real ‘extreme’ insurance claims and brought them to life.

‘Know the Gaps’ Campaign
As mentioned above, Farmers is always looking for ways to make people smarter about their insurance. So, after some research we discovered an interesting way in that no other insurance company was talking about. Although people might have insurance coverage, they might not have enough of it. These are called ‘Gaps’ in coverage. This mini campaign spoke to that.
