ROOTS (CANADA)
Roots Canada came to us needing a point of view and a brand update. They were a ‘sweat style’ company relying mostly on nostalgia for sales. So, we took a look at their history, and found a company entrenched in nature and outdoor living. Which inspired a simple premiss, “where before we used to
live outside, we now find ourselves
barely outside at all, and that fundamentally goes against our nature.” In order to truly feel alive we
need to sprinkle in nature and the outdoors, as often as possible, for our bodies, for our souls.
And thus the ‘True to our nature’ campaign was born.
